Piauhylino & Associados is an international law firm headquartered in Estoril, Portugal, with an office in Brasília, Brazil. It provides integrated legal assistance to individuals and companies with interests on both sides of the Atlantic, coordinating the Portuguese, Brazilian, and European Union legal systems. The firm was designed to support long-term projects with the discretion that personal and asset-related matters require.
Founded in 1994 by partner Luiz Piauhylino Filho, who holds full registration with the Bar Associations of Portugal and Brazil, the firm combines international academic background, practical experience in commercial and corporate law, and a culture of client proximity. We serve Luso-Brazilian families, companies with operations in multiple jurisdictions, investors, and qualified professionals who choose Portugal as their European base.

Luso-Brazilian lawyer with over three decades of legal practice. LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University. Established practice in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, international arbitration, and energy law, with a particular focus on structuring cross-border operations between Brazil, Portugal, and the European Union. He also works in international mobility, estate planning, and energy transition, with academic production and regular participation in international industry forums.
